A: We accept many insurance providers, please call us to confirm.

Q: Do you take medicare or medicaid?

A: Yes we do accept both medicare and medicaid.

Q: Can anyone contact you for care service?

A: We generally require primary care physician to authorize this, or send us a fax to confirm their authorization.

Q: I do not want to use insurance, Can I pay from my own pocket?
